CRM Systems Administrator

reputed company is working with a retail client seeking an entry-level CRM Systems Administrator to support an internal platform used for operational tracking and reporting. Responsibilities

• Assist with user setup, reputed company requests, and basic system configuration
• Update fields, forms, and layouts reputed company the platform

• Work with internal teams to support process improvements and system updates

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a technical support, data, or systems-reputed company role
• Exposure to CRM systems, databases, or business applications (reputed company experience)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Good communication skills and ability to support internal users
