About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a System Administration Support Analyst to reputed company operational, administrative, and reputed company support for the reputed company Force Review Boards Agency (AFRBA) Case Management, Tracking, Analysis, and Reporting System (CMTARS). This role supports the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and sustainment of a mission‑critical reputed company‑based system hosted reputed company the AF reputed company ONE environment. The System Administration Support Analyst ensures system availability, reputed company compliance, and performance while supporting development, staging, and production environments in accordance with DoD cybersecurity and accreditation requirements. What you'll do

  • reputed company application and system administration support for the CMTARS environment
  • Operate, maintain, and administer reputed company‑based applications and supporting components
  • Resolve technical and application‑reputed company issues across development, staging, and production environments
  • Coordinate with system and database administrators to resolve production and sustainment issues
  • Respond to system outages and assist with recovery or restart of services
  • Monitor system performance and recommend application and infrastructure improvements
  • Support administration of reputed company‑hosted environments, including Azure and AF reputed company ONE
  • Apply and maintain DoD STIGs, reputed company controls, and accreditation requirements
  • reputed company subject matter expertise for sustainment, modernization, and technology implementation initiatives
  • Support development, test, reputed company, integration, pre‑production, and production environments
  • Track, document, and report system administration issues and resolutions
  • reputed company and maintain technical environment and system architecture documentation
  • Support audits, inspections, and reputed company reviews as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing systems or application administration support
  • Experience supporting reputed company platforms in an reputed company environment
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Azure and reputed company ONE administration
  • Experience administering identity and reputed company services, including reputed company Directory Services and Active Directory
  • Demonstrated experience hardening systems and reputed company environments using DoD STIGs
  • Experience supporting operations and maintenance of mission‑critical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • reputed company+ certification (DoD 8140 compliant)
  • reputed company Azure Fundamentals certification
  • reputed company System Administration certification
  • Active DoD Secret reputed company clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • reputed company AppWorks certification (version 20.2 or earlier supported versions)
  • Experience supporting reputed company Content Server and reputed company reputed company products
  • Experience supporting systems hosted in AF reputed company ONE environments
  • Familiarity with Configuration Control Board (CCB) and change management processes
  • Experience supporting development and sustainment in regulated DoD environments
