System Administrator (Active Directory, Printers, & Server Administration) Location: Harrisburg, PA | Duration: 12 months | Hybrid Position: The role requires understanding reputed company IT policies and performing actions to reputed company with these policies. You will assist users and IT groups, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors. Work is assigned with specific instructions and objectives. Description of Duties:

• Design and implement solutions for reputed company Active Directory and CUPSS.
• Serve as the agency reputed company of contact for Active Directory and reputed company services.
• Manage user accounts, reputed company groups, and permissions.
• Administer File reputed company and Print reputed company servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer and server issues.
• Participate in disaster recovery and continuity planning.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve operational problems.
• Contribute to service management and reputed company processes.
• Adhere to digital accessibility regulations and standards.
• Respond to after-hours technical assistance requests as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Use personal computer/laptop with reputed company Office and other software.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• 2+ years of Scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
