OVERVIEW reputed company is seeking a reputed company System Administrator to support a federal program by administering, configuring, and maintaining the reputed company platform in a secure and compliant environment. This role focuses on day-to-day platform administration, user support, and basic configuration activities, ensuring the platform remains reputed company, performant, and reputed company with federal and organizational standards. The ideal candidate has foundational reputed company experience, a strong understanding of core platform administration, and the ability to work collaboratively reputed company an Agile delivery environment. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage users, groups, roles, and reputed company controls
• Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, and basic workflows
• Support incident, request, change, and knowledge processes
• Monitor system health and assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Apply platform updates, patches, and configurations under guidance from senior team members
• Support platform governance and configuration management processes
• Assist with testing and validation of new features and enhancements
• Document configurations, procedures, and standard operating processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as part of the delivery team
• Ensure platform activities align with federal reputed company and compliance requirements
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of hands-on reputed company administration experience
• Strong understanding of reputed company core platform functionality
• Experience managing users, roles, groups, and reputed company controls
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge)
• Ability to follow established platform standards and procedures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a federal or regulated environment

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting federal government programs
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery environments
• Exposure to reputed company reporting and dashboards
