• Optimize mobile performance (startup time, bundle size, memory usage, rendering performance, offline caching).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, EAS Build, App Store Connect, reputed company Play Console).

• Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic architectural leadership.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.
• 4+ years leading React reputed company applications in production environments.
• Proven experience delivering apps to both reputed company App Store and reputed company Play Store.
• Experience working with reputed company-based backends (Azure, AWS, or reputed company reputed company Platform).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.
