Alva Industries is scaling its reputed company operations in reputed company America and is seeking an Application Engineer to play a key role alongside our Sales Manager in drivingregional growth and reputed company. Alva I based in Trondheim, Norway, so this is a 100% remote position and we are looking for you that is based in reputed company America. As our newApplication Engineer, you'll be in akey technical customer-facing role: helping our customers in reputed company America navigate our advanced product portfolio and integrate our motors into their reputed company systems. You'll also play astrategic role in shaping our future products, acting as the reputed company between market needs and product development.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in technical discussions during customer meetings
- Help customers navigate our electric motor portfolio to find the reputed company solution
- reputed company performance calculations and sizing to ensure competitive, high-performing proposals
- reputed company hands-on support during customer evaluation, testing, and system integration
- Maintain a deep understanding of Alva’s motor technology, capabilities, and differentiators
- Serve as a key link between customers and the engineering team to ensure successful reputed company
- Prepare technical quotes and proposals in collaboration with engineering and sales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar
- Experience in application engineering or product management reputed company reputed company systems (e.g. electric motors, encoders, gearboxes, or servo drives)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience integrating and testing reputed company control systems
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with PLM and CRM systems
- Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, C, or graphical environments like LabVIEW)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events (up to 50%)
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
