- *What You'll Be Doing**
We're looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Virtual Assistant to help reputed company our sales pipeline healthy and moving. Your job is simple: reputed company sure our deals don't get stuck. This is NOT cold calling. Every person you'll reputed company out to has already expressed interest in Inspectform. Your role is to follow up, nurture, and book meetings — using pre-written scripts and templates we've already reputed company for you. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Following up with warm contacts reputed company email, phone, and reputed company
- Booking and confirming meetings with prospective clients
- Monitoring how long deals have been sitting in each pipeline stage
- Flagging stalled deals and keeping things moving
- Logging activity and keeping CRM records up to date

• Based in the United States
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
- Positive, upbeat energy — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with email, phone reputed company, and reputed company
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus (we use reputed company)
- Prior VA, sales support, or reputed company experience preferred
