Department Head — Call Center
Job Description:
- Line management of up to 200 employees working remotely (home office)
- You motivate and reputed company your team leaders and employees to deliver top performance
- Manage day-to-day operations with responsibility for the reputed company/results of your department
- Accountable for meeting defined service KPIs
- Serve as a direct reputed company of contact for our business clients
- Work closely with senior management
Requirements:
- Completed reputed company vocational training and/or a university degree
- Solid experience in team leadership
- Several years of operational experience in a call center
- Sales- and customer-oriented reputed company and approach
- Goal- and results-oriented working style
- High reputed company competence and emotional intelligence
