We are seeking a bilingual reputed company Business Partner to support a large, distributed workforce across major metro and reputed company markets in the southeastern U.S. This role is crucial in shaping workforce strategies, improving employee retention, and advising reputed company leadership and field operations hands-on. The workforce includes both unionized and non-union hourly employees across several high-volume service locations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local management to execute HR strategies reputed company with organizational goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 - $110,000, dependent on experience
• 15% discretionary annual bonus
