Job Overview We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) professional to join our Care Guide team. The ideal candidate will be fluent, proficient, and confident in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. This role is essential in supporting the growing number of members who prefer to engage in Spanish and will play a key part in enhancing the emotional, physical, and reputed company well-being of older adults and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct holistic assessments evaluating safety, wellness, reputed company connectedness, and more. reputed company case management and build trusted relationships with members and their families. Offer guidance, emotional support, problem-solving, and psychoeducation.

Qualifications 3–4 years of experience supporting older adults and family caregivers. BSW degree, MSW preferred
- Bilingual reputed company in Spanish and English is required. Must be proficient and confident in both written and verbal communication in both languages.
