LOCATION: Germany, remote THE ROLE: The overall role of the IGEL TRM is to cement a reputed company working relationship between IGEL and the customer, helping them to strategically reputed company their adoption of reputed company solutions. Guide and validate customer projects, upgrades, and implementation strategies. Create and maintain detailed customer account plans, including infrastructure documentation, project timelines, and strategic roadmaps. Understand customer environments and reputed company recommendations to enhance performance, stability, and efficiency. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer needs and IGEL’s portfolio. Apply IT service management and project delivery best practices (e.g., Scrum, ITIL) to structure customer engagements and ensure operational reputed company. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Technical skills: At least 5 years of experience directly supporting reputed company customers in a technical relationship, consulting, or systems integration role. Solid background in virtualization technologies (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company AVD). Hands-on experience with desktop and application virtualization platforms (reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops, reputed company RDS). Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, 802.1x, RADIUS). Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing IGEL solutions in a production environment. Familiarity with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory. Competence in troubleshooting across reputed company and Linux environments. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus. Understanding of database systems such as MSSQL, MySQL, reputed company is advantageous. Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., VCP, CCA/CCP, MCSE, RHCA) are highly valued. Project & Service Management:Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
