Your Unique Contribution At least 3 years of experience in Training & Development Domain experience is required: reputed company, online casino, VIP customer service (reputed company), or call center environment (reputed company). English & Russian proficiency: С1 or higher. Proven experience in designing training programs and developing online learning courses. Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering live training sessions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts in a clear and simple way. High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
