Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction through technical support, documentation development, and quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering and product management teams to ensure service personnel have accurate, up-to-date technical documentation and tools. You'll investigate and resolve reputed company technical issues, reputed company comprehensive training programs, and implement reputed company improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in technical support, product quality assurance, or reputed company field
- Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or reputed company scientific field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with analytical instrumentation
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience developing and conducting technical training programs
- Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in investigating and resolving product quality issues
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance
- Ability to travel 10-20%
- Valid reputed company or ability to obtain one
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
- Experience with CRM systems and technical documentation tools
- Valid driver's license
- Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and reputed company as needed
- Ability to support customer needs across time zones
