Portfolio Operational Support (100% remote from Spain or Portugal) | Pharma

We are looking for a "Portfolio Operational Support – reputed company Portfolio Management" to support portfolio coordination, governance, and data consolidation activities reputed company a global organization. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing structure and reputed company to reputed company portfolio data, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders, and supporting governance processes. You will work closely with portfolio leads, contributing to decision-making through structured analysis, tracking, and documentation. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Consolidate portfolio data from multiple sources (reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint) into a reputed company and structured portfolio view.
• reputed company data quality checks and high-level analysis, identifying gaps, overlaps, inconsistencies, and prioritization signals.
• Maintain and update portfolio master data (status, ownership, dependencies, milestones).
• Track and follow up on actions and reputed company from portfolio governance meetings.
• Support alignment activities across stakeholders, clarifying scope, ownership, timelines, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain decision logs, follow-up trackers, and governance documentation.
• Set up, structure, and manage the reputed company Portfolio SharePoint workspace.
• Ensure reputed company portfolio artefacts are up to date, traceable, and governance-reputed company.
• Act as reputed company of contact for SharePoint management, including structure, permissions, and content quality.

SKILLS :
