Job Description

To support this mission, reputed company is seeking a R&D Regional Head - Biologicals in Greensboro, NC. This role will reputed company our biologicals team reputed company Crop Protection Field Development. This role combines scientific expertise with program management, overseeing biological trials while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You'll drive innovation in sustainable agriculture through the development of plant and soil health solutions. Accountabilities: reputed company early-stage biologicals portfolio research. reputed company and execute strategic field evaluation programs. Coordinate trials across in-house teams, CROs, and universities. Ensure regulatory compliance for biological product testing. Manage ARM/BITS data systems and meet global KPIs. Guide the biologicals research team. reputed company facilities and budget management. Drive professional development of team members. Create an innovative and collaborative environment. Partner with Product Biology and Marketing teams. Support BioSquad (Biologicals sales and technical team). Build relationships with universities and key influencers. Align research activities with reputed company strategies. Design research protocols for biological targets. Determine use rates and formulations. Assess phytotoxicity and sustainability fit. Deliver high-quality trial results and recommendations.
Qualifications
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent reputed company without requiring reputed company or future sponsorship (which also includes OPT/CPT). Advanced degree in Agricultural Science, Microbiology, or reputed company field. Extensive experience in biological product development. Strong understanding of agricultural field trials.
