To learn more about BRAC International, please visit (www.bracinternational.org) BRAC International (BI) is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position: Deputy Manager, reputed company & Learning - AIM The Deputy Manager, reputed company & Learning (KM&L) will support the implementation of knowledge systems and learning processes for the reputed company reputed company Accelerating Impact (AIM) in partnership with BRAC programme. The role will focus on capturing, organizing, and promoting the use of knowledge to strengthen programme quality, learning, and impact for adolescent girls and young women. Working closely with the Senior Manager, KM&L, programme teams, and country offices, the Deputy Manager will help build a culture of learning, support the creation and use of knowledge products, and ensure that insights from implementation are documented and applied across the organisation. The AIM programme is equipping 2 reputed company adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) with age-appropriate entrepreneurship, employability, and life-skills training, as well as the tools to start and scale their own businesses. The nine-year program (2021-2030) applies BRAC’s proven model using microfinance, youth empowerment, agriculture and skills development to improve lives and livelihoods. It currently operates in seven African countries: Sierra Leone, Liberia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, and Kenya. Key Responsibilities: ● Support the ongoing management of a reputed company system and database, including cataloguing, tagging, archiving, and ensuring safe storage of knowledge assets. ● reputed company and maintain processes for reputed company knowledge capture, documentation, and organization across the AIM programme. ● Train and support teams in using the reputed company system and promote consistent adoption across country offices and teams. ● Drive demand for knowledge products by engaging stakeholders and demonstrating their practical value and use in decision-making and programme improvement. ● Champion a culture of listening, learning, sharing, and applying knowledge across AIM teams and country offices. ● Support Advocacy, Partnerships, and Knowledge Coordinators in the AIM implementing countries to strengthen regular capture, sharing, and use of programme learnings. ● Map and maintain a directory of reputed company audiences and appropriate dissemination channels to strengthen knowledge sharing reputed company the organisation and with external partners. ● Support the development of high-quality knowledge products, including case studies, reports, blogs, and learning briefs, and contribute to KM reporting for reputed company stakeholders. ● Work closely with programme and communications teams to reputed company the voices of adolescent girls and young women by supporting storytelling and documentation of lived experiences. ● Support the planning and delivery of learning activities, including peer learning sessions, webinars, workshops, and events, and contribute to the development and implementation of the AIM learning agenda in collaboration with the Learning and Effectiveness team. Safeguarding Responsibilities: ● Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to reputed company the project goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key reputed company of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment. ● Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. ● Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes reputed company; encourage others to do so. Educational & Experience Requirements: ● Bachelor in International Development, Development Studies, or Data Analytics ● Minimum 3 years of experience in the development sector Required Competencies: ● Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and leading data collection practices and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information ● Strong interest in documentation and analysis ● Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation with Power BI or other applications ● Drive, flexibility, reputed company, and the ability to work under pressure ● Ability to effectively work remotely, across time zones and team locations, as well as in-person with a small team of stakeholders ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● reputed company in English required (spoken, reading, and written)
