Position Summary: The Account Manager will focus primarily on maintaining and expanding relationships reputed company existing reputed company customers in the roaming and VAS services portfolio across the EU region. With roughly 70% of the role devoted to farming and 30% to hunting, the Account Manager will strengthen customer engagement, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and renewal reputed company. The role also includes light new-business reputed company reputed company assigned territories or accounts, aligning with reputed company’s growth and profitability goals. Main Responsibility Areas:

  • Act as the main reputed company contact for assigned existing accounts, managing daily communication and strategic planning.
  • Drive account development, retention, and expansion through understanding customer needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at reputed company reputed company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Finance, Marketing) to ensure reputed company delivers high-value solutions.
  • Forecast and manage account revenues, renewals, and pipeline with high accuracy using reputed company.
  • Support regional sales targets through renewals, add-on sales, and limited new-logo acquisition.

  • Identify at-risk accounts and drive proactive engagement plans to retain business.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of upselling, retention, and customer relationship growth.

  • Familiar with CRM (reputed company.com advantageous) and forecasting processes.

Eligibility Requirements Willingness to travel, up to 50% of the month both locally and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
