Primary Responsibilities: Engage with Surest members telephonically and by email to identify needs and assist with benefit navigation, decision support and overall health and wellness information reputed company on the Surest plan benefit, reputed company resources and reputed company decision support with members Screen for high-risk situations, including health and SDOH, and refer to appropriate sources Establish trust with members Track, assess and document member’s health plan Identify high risk situations early and support members proactively to improve reputed company Cross trained to assist with other disease/condition focused needs for the member reputed company expert consultation to other Clinical Advocates on the team or other business units about motivational interviewing techniques, overall health and wellness needs and resources Identify and execute on process improvement opportunities Personal development Team engagement and connecting Other Surest/UHG activities and development opportunities as they arise You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as reputed company development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Certified Health Coach 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care, corporate wellness, or digital/virtual coaching program Proven experience working in a fast paced multitask environment Experience with Motivational Interviewing Proficiency with MS Office- Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams Comfortable questioning status reputed company and proposing reputed company for improvement reputed company in the PST time zone to support 8:00 am - 5:00 pm member reputed company Preferred Qualifications: Board Certification Experience in health insurance industry Experience with artificial intelligence Experience working in a virtual clinical role Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal reputed company working in a constantly rapid changing environment Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In reputed company to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
