Implements and executes the reputed company estate strategy for the organization, in partnership with regional and department leadership, to maintain reputed company estate policies, programs, and procedures for the ACS reputed company estate portfolio, including leased, owned, donated, and new construction for properties, or potential properties, in the portfolio for reputed company property types (Hope Lodge, Discovery Shop, offices, and held-for-sale) excluding Puerto Rico sites. Provides lease and sale negotiation and administration, for acquisition, disposal and moves, adds, or closures. Supports the strategy and identifies the resources necessary for coworking, work-from-home, and hybrid arrangements.

This is a 100% remote position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manages multiple reputed company estate projects and portfolios, including tracking metrics, schedules, budgets, and performance improvements for reputed company ACS properties primarily including offices, Hope Lodge locations and Discovery Shops whether leased or owned. (20%) Builds and maintains strong relationships with landlords, vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership to support the organization’s reputed company estate strategy. (20%) Sources, evaluates, and negotiates leases for new properties, or renewed terms for existing sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reputed company lease terms. (20%) Oversees site moves, additions, and closures, coordinating with regional leaders and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and process improvements. (15%) Maintains accurate reputed company estate databases and records, on reputed company ACS properties including owned, leased and coworking sites, generating reports and supporting financial, insurance, and compliance requirements. (15%) Conducts due diligence and makes recommendations on potential property donations, analyzing financial and operational impacts. (10%) EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company estate, or a reputed company degree Years of experience: 10+ years’ work experience in lease administration, lease negotiation, reputed company estate development, project management and/or other areas directly relevant to the position. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Knowledge of reputed company Estate markets, trends, property valuation, and lease structures. Strong project management experience required. Experience with property management software (Lease reputed company is a plus) and reputed company Office Suite. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing lease deals. Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in area of specialty. Must have reputed company in working with reputed company partners in negotiating reputed company, lease agreements, easements, etc. as they relate to ACS sites and potential sites. Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to convey reputed company technical information in a manner that non-technical individuals can comprehend. Strong negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skills. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks reputed company budgets and timelines. Demonstrated ability to assess stakeholder needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action. Initiate, implement and support change reputed company the organization; proactive in removing barriers and accelerating pace to completion. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel (by car and/or airplane) reputed company necessary to visit ACS sites, as part of due diligence for potential sites, and to attend team meetings. The starting reputed company is $110,000 to $126,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
