Associate Project Manager

Overview

Job Description The Project Manager 1 is responsible for the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiatiion through project closure. They are responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management.

Responsibilities

Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and reputed company tools to bring projects to successful completion reputed company scope on time and reputed company budget Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging informative presentation methodologies Create and maintain project documentation utilizing methods prescribed by the PM Administer and update project plans that specify goals strategy and scheduling Act as a project coordinator for client engagements Manage timely and effective updates to key contacts reputed company activities of project personnel to ensure projects reputed company on schedule reputed company support to other Project Management team members as directed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience reputed company reputed company and Office proficient Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Facilitation and project management skills Organizational multi-tasking and time management skills reputed company to reputed company in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
