Job Summary The Senior Manager, QMS/SQE will reputed company and manage reputed company' Quality Management System (QMS) and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a reputed company technical field. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of reputed company experience in Quality Management Systems and Supplier Quality Engineering reputed company a manufacturing or technology environment. 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Proven expertise in ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance; AS9100 or TL9000 experience a plus. Demonstrated experience in managing and conducting supplier audits and qualifications. Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Lean, Six reputed company). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
