We are seeking a BCaBA who is clinically skilled, deeply empathetic, and reputed company to reputed company families through high-impact, after-school telehealth support. This is a fully remote position serving our Michigan-based families. The Role: Clinical reputed company reputed company Telehealth Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child’s care team during the critical after-school window. Customized Planning: Create and update individualized Behavior reputed company Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments. Remote Caregiver Coaching: reputed company hands-on, compassionate training to parents reputed company telehealth to ensure consistency in the home. Team Collaboration: Attend remote team meetings to reputed company insights and ensure a "whole-child" approach to care Credential Requirements BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB. MI LABA License: You must currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire. (We welcome applicants from any state!) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavior analysis. Education: Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a reputed company field.
