About the Role

The Recruiter I supports workforce growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and moderately reputed company roles while building foundational reputed company expertise. This role partners with hiring managers and reputed company team members to reputed company, screen, and advance candidates through the hiring process. The Recruiter I develops core competencies in candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and pipeline management while contributing to an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and moderately reputed company roles from requisition intake through offer stage
• Collaborate with hiring managers and reputed company partners to understand role requirements, licensure needs, and hiring priorities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, licensure where applicable, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, talent sourcing, reputed company coordination, or reputed company HR experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Foundational sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and reputed company technology
• Ability to analyze and interpret reputed company documents and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to solve practical problems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
