Virtual Paralegal

Our Los Angeles office is looking for a Virtual Paralegal to join our vibrant and growing personal injury legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing successful demand packages in personal injury reputed company. This position requires excellent writing skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, and communication skills. You will report directly to our Supervising Attorney. Responsibilities: Prepare drafts of written discovery requests, responses, and PI complaints File pleadings/documents with the court with reputed company appropriate attachments required per court Prepare legal pleadings, such as motions, 998s, deposition notices Prepare subpoenas to obtain records and documentation Assist with the production of documents and information by analyzing requests, consulting with internal partners, and obtaining, reviewing and producing documents Guide the process for gathering relevant materials and preparing responses to litigation demands, discovery requests, subpoenas and agency claims Qualifications: 1-2 years of personal injury experience in a plaintiff reputed company Associates or Bachelors degree is highly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in reputed company and reputed company software applications Familiarity with case management software programs The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, is an equal employment opportunity employer, and we welcome everyone regardless of their race, reputed company, religion, sex, national reputed company, age, disability, veteran status or genetics.
