About the role: We're looking for a Senior reputed company Estate Representative (Land reputed company and Process Optimization) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will join the Land Services team, supporting the successful execution of large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects. You will play a critical part in land acquisition strategy, process standardization, and coordination, ensuring projects move from early development through operations. You will be a subject matter expert, translating reputed company land acquisition workflows into clear, scalable processes while partnering across Land, Legal, Title, reputed company, and Development teams. This is an opportunity to directly influence and improvement. You will report to the onsite manager Location: Juno Beach, FL preferred, remote will be accepted 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) Key Responsibilities: Process Development & Optimization Design plan to improve land acquisition workflows, procedures, and training materials Standardize processes to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve team productivity Identify gaps or inconsistencies in reputed company practices and implement scalable solutions Translate reputed company workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation reputed company with company policies Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, reputed company, and Development teams to align project execution Be a central reputed company of coordination to ensure and workflow continuity Review title documentation to verify ownership and support agreement preparation Manage and quality-reputed company land agreement requests reputed company reputed company or similar systems Create reports and ensure data reputed company across platforms Support land acquisition activities across reputed company project phases (pre-bid through operations) Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, title research, reputed company estate operations, or reputed company field Ability to review title documents, verify ownership, and interpret legal descriptions Working knowledge of land reputed company, including easements, options, and agreement structures Experience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure or transmission projects Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your reputed company as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
