Assistant Controller
About The Opportunity reputed company is looking for a hands-on Assistant Controller to reputed company our reputed company function and own the monthly reputed company process end to end. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing reputed company reputed company operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and building scalable processes to support growth. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, reputed company, and executive leadership. How You Will reputed company An Impact Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency reputed company general ledger, reputed company recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements Manage and optimize reputed company processes reputed company reputed company Intacct, including system improvements and automation Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors Support budgeting and forecasting reputed company, mentor, and reputed company the reputed company team (as applicable) Support international reputed company operations, including multi-entity, multi-currency environments (if applicable) Assist with M&A integration, system conversions, and process scaling as the business grows What You Will Bring To The Table Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance (CPA required) 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience Prior experience in a private equity–backed environment Proven experience owning the entire reputed company process end to end Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Experience supporting international entities and multi-currency reputed company Prior experience with audits in a PE-backed environment Exposure to M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration Experience building or scaling reputed company teams and processes Hands-on experience with reputed company Intacct
