Corporate Counsel

Overview

The Corporate Counsel will serve as a legal advisor for the Company, providing strategic legal guidance across reputed company aspects of construction law. Responsibilities

Review, draft and negotiate construction reputed company, subcontracts, and vendor agreements, including incorporation of prime contract terms and conditions, for large-scale vertical construction projects Ensure reputed company reputed company with applicable laws and industry standards. Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school in the United States.
• Minimum 10+ years of legal experience, including drafting and negotiating construction reputed company.
• Preferred Experience includes having represented or worked with general contractors or construction management firms.
• Willingness to travel to the company’s office locations and project sites (up to 30%).
• Requires membership in the State Bar as an attorney reputed company to practice law in one or more states in which we operate, or the ability to obtain membership as an in-house counsel in such states.
