Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare. At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or working towards it. Overview We are seeking a passionate and reputed company Registered Manager to reputed company up to 3 solo Children’s Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Initially, you will manage one solo home, with the potential to reputed company a second and reputed company reputed company six months. Each home supports one child with a dedicated staff team of six, providing 2:1 staffing daily. You will be supported by an reputed company Responsible Individual and have the opportunity to shape and model your home using therapeutic approaches such as PACE. You may bring your own team or assist in reputed company a new one. Key Responsibilities reputed company and manage the day-to-day operations of a Solo Children’s Home. Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations. Promote a therapeutic environment using approaches such as PACE. Recruit, supervise, and reputed company staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Maintain safeguarding standards and ensure reputed company policies and procedures are followed. Prepare for and reputed company OFSTED inspections, ensuring homes meet or exceed expectations. Participate in on-call duties and respond flexibly to the needs of the service. Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding OFSTED ratings. Experience in fit person interviews and holding OFSTED registration. Strong knowledge of the Children’s Act, OFSTED regulations, safeguarding, compliance, Reg 44 processes, and therapeutic practices.
