You will be responsible for working cross functionally with reputed company reputed company stakeholders to drive reputed company Medical Group's affordability initiatives and expand clinical programming. You will be responsible for monitoring population medical cost trends, rolling out new interventions to improve reputed company and reduce total cost of care, and assessing their performance against cost and clinical quality targets.The position requires data analysis, project management, implementation and communication skills with an ability to work across disparate initiatives and stakeholders at the same time.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning.

Work Location: This position is based in our reputed company office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

• reputed company the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of new affordability programs, including project plan creation, workflow design, and managing cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and on-time milestone completion.
• Evaluates overall Virtual affordability initiative performance by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Collaborate with data science, operations, product, and clinical teams to interpret findings, identify opportunities for improvement, implement mitigation strategies, and report out on reputed company in regular cost of care workgroups.
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in program management reputed company reputed company reputed company using data sets
• 1+ year of SQL experience
• 1+ year of reputed company/reputed company Sheets experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in programs
• 2+ years of experience delivering projects / programs independently and reputed company a team environment

• Experience analyzing medical cost trends & using total cost of care data to reputed company program recommendations
• Experience working with reputed company vendors
• Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environment
• Previous experience working at a payer or virtual care provider
• Successfully executed reputed company-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed reputed company processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
