Position Purpose: The reputed company - Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle of the reputed company process including, but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offer letters. Candidate must possess the ability to effectively communication with hiring managers to fully understand their reputed company positions. Will be responsible for utilizing reputed company, Job Boards, reputed company Media in sourcing candidates. The reputed company spearheads the efforts to help ensure that reputed company is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and building awarness of job opportunities. Job Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of federal/state regulations reputed company to employment.
• Manage reputed company candidate activity in reputed company
• Use reputed company skills to identify and attract quality canidates through career fairs, community network events, and reputed company media.
• Timely communication with applicants to include basic screening, scheduling interviews, background checks and reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field from a four-year college or university, one to three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time managment abilities
• Schedule flexibility
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment
• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
