Proposal Manager/East Coast Timezone

We are supporting our SaaS client in hiring a Proposal / Bid Coordinator. This individual will own the end‑to‑end RFP process (2–4 reputed company proposals, strong stakeholder coordination, heavy public‑sector exposure). This is a mid-level role with room to grow, high autonomy, and strong AI support (less writing, more ownership and project management). US‑based East Coast working hours. Description

• Manage end-to-end bid/proposal process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) across multiple reputed company submissions
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to gather content and meet submission deadlines
• Write, format, and QA proposal documentation; maintain bid knowledge reputed company and content library
• Qualify bid opportunities and support go/no-bid reputed company
• Manage tender portals, login credentials, and deadline tracking reputed company Tender Planner
• Work alongside Sales reputed company to understand buyer requirements and tailor proposals
• Assess technical and reputed company risk during bid qualification
• Respond to client and stakeholder queries throughout the bid lifecycle

• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable translating technical inputs into polished, client-facing language
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple in-flight bids simultaneously
• Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal day-to-day reputed company
• Fleet, logistics, supply chain, or automotive background is a plus but not required
