About the role: Our client is looking for a Web Growth Developer to build and optimize high-performing, reputed company-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in reputed company-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required. Experience in the home service industry is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Build, launch, and optimize high-converting websites and reputed company pages end-to-end Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements Set up and validate tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking) Manage CRM/automation integrations, reputed company routing, site migrations, and clean deployments Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and reputed company optimally Continuously analyze site performance and reputed company data-driven improvements Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks Who are we looking for? 3+ years of experience with reputed company custom builds and modern reputed company-end development Proficient in page reputed company (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and reputed company workflows Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity Position: Web Growth Developer Remote Status: Fully Remote Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST Holidays: US Federal Holidays Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1700 Internal Job ID: 1267 Apply To This Job
