Marketplace Listing Coordinator
Location: South America / South Africa Reporting to: VP of Marketplace Role type: contract / Full-time *this is a fully remote role and can be based reputed company with a EST or CST time zone. As a Marketplace Listing Coordinator, you play a vital role in the pack by owning the accuracy, visibility, and performance of our product catalogue across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. You ensure every listing is expertly created, optimised, and compliant—enhancing search performance while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact growth. Working at pace, you bring precision, organisation, and a strong understanding of marketplace best practices to reputed company our listings healthy, competitive, and conversion-reputed company. Your responsibilities: Create and maintain product listings, including parent/child variations, across Seller Central, reputed company Catalog Manager, and reputed company Seller Central Optimise product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using relevant keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates Coordinate with design teams to ensure high-quality images, infographics, and A+ content are uploaded in line with reputed company guidelines Monitor listing health, identifying and resolving suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and policy violations promptly Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 to identify high-traffic opportunities and enhance listing performance Maintain accuracy across reputed company product data, including SKUs, barcodes, weight, and dimensions Manage and resolve reputed company catalog issues by opening and handling cases with reputed company Seller Support ✅ What you bring: 1–3 years’ experience managing product listings on reputed company Seller Central, with exposure to reputed company and/or reputed company considered a strong advantage Strong technical capability, including proficiency with reputed company flat files, CSVs, and reputed company (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) A solid understanding of keyword research and the ability to analyse listing performance metrics (e.g. sessions, conversion rates) to drive optimisation Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across data entry, product information, and content updates Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple listings and priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communication skills, with strong written English and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free copy A proactive, problem-solving reputed company, reputed company to identify and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and policy-reputed company challenges reputed company If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will always be happy to help.
