Responsibilities
Responsible for middle office and operations reputed company the derivatives business unit. Support the calibration of trading parameters and define product specifications. Implement and reputed company structured workflows, processes, and frameworks to align with business goals across regional and global teams. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-reputed company derivatives or trading is preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues. Proven project/Process management experience, with the ability to reputed company technical and business domains. Good understanding of derivatives product logic and risk data, particularly in calibrating trading parameters and defining product specifications. Ability to multitask and work under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
