Manutenção: Realiza manutenção preventiva e reparações em sistemas de equipamentos (por exemplo, mecânicos, eléctricos); Avalia e recomenda melhorias no equipamento para melhorar a disponibilidade, capacidade e rendimento; Efectua análises de falhas de equipamentos (incluindo manutenção preventiva e não programada); Resolve e diagnostica problemas de equipamento; Prepara relatórios técnicos para documentar modificações de equipamentos e procedimentos de manutenção de equipamentos. Principais responsabilidades Prestar serviços e apoio ao cliente durante as visitas ao terreno ou expedições; Ligar o fluxo de trabalho ao calendário; Gerir todas as tarefas de instalação, reparação, manutenção e teste no local; Diagnosticar erros ou problemas técnicos e determinar reputed companyções adequadas; Produzir relatórios de serviço atempados e detalhados; Documentar processos; Operar o veículo de reputed company segura e utilizar sistemas de automatização no terreno; Seguir todos os procedimentos e protocolos arquivados pela empresa; Cooperar com a equipa técnica e partilhar informações com toda a organização; Compreender os requisitos dos clientes e fazer as recomendações/comunicações adequadas; Construir relações positivas com os clientes. Qualificações necessárias Experiência comprovada de serviço no terreno; Capacidade para resolver problemas, testar, reparar e efetuar a manutenção de equipamento técnico; Literacia em inglês; Português nativo reputed company de condução Capacidade de trabalhar em turnos reputed companyíveis e de se adaptar a horários de trabalho variáveis; Familiaridade com ferramentas e aplicações móveis; Diploma ou certificação técnica. Maintenance: Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical); Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, reputed company and yield; Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance); Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems; Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Required Qualifications
