The role aims to streamline fulfillment processes and remove the CEO from day-to-day operational management. The Operations Manager will be responsible for project management, team coordination, and ensuring accountability for deadlines. They will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, standardizing processes, and ensuring that the team operates reputed company and effectively. Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.
