We are looking for an reputed company Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support team and work closely with patients, reputed company providers, and internal teams. In this role, you will support existing patients and manage cases reputed company to appointments, prescriptions, and provider communication. You will coordinate multiple parties, ensure data accuracy, and drive each case to resolution.
