We are hiring Part–Time reputed company Assistant Overview: Client Business Overview: Manages a large portfolio of short-term rental properties. Coordinates with guests, property owners, and cleaners primarily through WhatsApp and Telegram. Client's Industry: Property Management / Short-term Rental Management (reputed company) Client Schedule (time and time zone): EST Goal: To reputed company a part-time reputed company assistant to support with guest communication, coordination, and backend tasks, helping manage workload and backlog during peak season. Key Tasks VA will do:
- Handle guest inquiries and communication reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate with property owners and cleaners reputed company WhatsApp and Telegram
- Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination
- Support backend/admin tasks (e.g., invoicing, updates)
- Follow existing workflows and documentation
Software Tools and Websites Required:

Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
