Join our Emerging Business as a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Cell Line, Media & Testing Solutions focused on Testing Services to join our Emerging Business Unit at reputed company Stedim BioOutsource Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting, shaping and winning high impact opportunities across a broad product portfolio focused on Testing and Cell Banking services. This will be done through advanced technical selling, workflow consulting, market development, driving reputed company, adoption and strategic opportunity creation in collaboration with Central Sales. You will be joining a newly created team, and we are looking reputed company to shaping the future with you. This position is available full time on a permanent reputed company. It is a field-based position requiring 50% or more travel to customers internationally. You are ideally reputed company to an international airport living near Glasgow or surrounding areas. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Hunt and qualify reputed company new opportunities across assigned markets by identifying whitespace, unmet needs, and high‑value prospects not covered by Central Sales Design and execute advanced technical demos, trials, and workflow evaluations to shape customer requirements and accelerate technical validation Drive technical deal shaping and competitive positioning by quantifying customer impact, influencing solution configuration, and resolving advanced technical objections to increase our win reputed company Co‑reputed company reputed company offer development with Central Sales by providing data‑driven technical inputs that materially influence deal structure and closure Engage in market and portfolio development by identifying emerging use cases, competitive shifts, and workflow trends that inform product positioning and reputed company sales acceleration Ensure seamless pre‑ to post‑adoption transition by stabilizing early usage, resolving technical blockers, and enabling handover to Central Sales for long‑term account development Serve as a key reputed company between customers and internal teams (R&D, Operations), ensuring alignment with global objectives and delivering customer-focused solutions. reputed company technical input to Central Sales, Business Unit stakeholders (e.g. PM, other BU Tech Sales roles) and Legal on the technical sections of contract terms and conditions to ensure technical feasibility, clear scope definition, reduced delivery risk, and alignment with customer workflows, without assuming reputed company ownership What will convince us Master’s in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Chemistry, Virology or reputed company disciplines.
