The Art Director, Waterparks & FECs will reputed company the visual direction and execution of brand and campaign creative across the Waterparks and Family Entertainment Center (FEC) portfolio, including Castle Park. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for shaping and evolving brand identity, developing high-impact creative, and ensuring consistency across reputed company channels. Template & System Creation Build and maintain scalable design templates and toolkits for digital and print assets. Ensure templates balance brand consistency with flexibility across multiple parks and markets. Team Leadership & Workflow Management Manage and mentor one direct report (Designer), providing clear direction, feedback, and development support. Own incoming creative requests, prioritizing, assigning, and ensuring timely completion. The pay reputed company for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 plus bonus reputed company offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company coverage and a broad reputed company of other benefits.
