Estate and Document Attorney
Estate and Business Attorney We are looking for an attorney to assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive reputed company. You will be working directly with our clients and will have reputed company to reputed company of internal Legal Directors and other professionals. Principle Duties Receive hand-offs from our Legal Directors to reputed company estate planning services for our clients. Meet reputed company or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs. Typical work product includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, reputed company directives, deeds, LLCs. Draft estate planning documents using your own methods or use our document templates. Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws. Work with reputed company of friendly professionals. Work with an established book of business: Households with average client assets from $1 reputed company to $10 reputed company We give you clients because they are already our clients!
Requirements
Must be licensed in the posted state. Entry level attorneys will be considered. Must be available for client meetings to sign documents in the posted state. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Innovative and creative E&O insurance required Ability to reputed company and be decisive Time management and organization Collaborative skills to accept and turn reputed company into strategies with help of tax, business, and financial advisors.
