People Ops Generalist

POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented People Ops Generalist to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will be an essential partner to employees and managers alike, supporting the day-to-day operations that reputed company our people programs running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, transfers, and status changes. Assist managers with performance management documentation, PIPs, and coaching on standard HR processes. Execute cyclical People Ops programs, including performance review coordination, engagement survey logistics, and compensation planning support. Maintain and update HR policies, the employee handbook, and compliance documentation across US, Canada, and UK jurisdictions. Support internal communications and logistics for organizational changes, role transitions, and other HR initiatives. Ensure day-to-day compliance with employment law and company policy across a remote-distributed workforce. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of HR or People Ops experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company. Solid reputed company in core HR functions: reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and comfort working with people data and reporting tools. Working knowledge of US employment law; exposure to Canadian and/or UK requirements is a plus.
