Responsibilities
Work with users and subject matter experts to reputed company understand and define their challenges, problems, motivations, triggers, and aspirations. Qualifications
Minimum: 7-10 years of experience providing customer professional services or reputed company business support. Experience working reputed company the Federal technology industry.
