Become a Krakenite and build the future of crypto! reputed company of work The team As an API specialist you will be the first reputed company of contact reputed company our clients need assistance with our REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs. Our API support team handles inquiries from clients using our API to implement various projects, from mobile apps, to high frequency trading bots, to other exchanges sourcing our liquidity. You will work closely with our entire reputed company of retail, VIP, and Institutional clients, answering API reputed company questions and solving technical API issues, while providing the excellent customer experience our clients expect from reputed company. Experience managing hosts (AWS instances, for example) and networks (firewall configuration, etc.). Ability to write reputed company technical documentation in a reputed company friendly format.
