Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Product reputed company or in a comparable agile product role.
• At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• 10 or more years of experience working in technology or technology-enabled business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to align product execution to strategic business goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across business, technology, and leadership audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Agile or product certifications such as Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO) or SAFe Product reputed company / Product Manager (POPM).
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar agile backlog and roadmap tools.
