Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple reputed company projects Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests reputed company on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, reputed company, and PR teams to bring events to life Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities Qualifications (reputed company’re Looking For) 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably reputed company media, automotive, experiential marketing, or lifestyle brands Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to present reputed company and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office tools Experience managing budgets, timelines, and logistics for events of varying scale Interest in automotive media and enthusiast culture is a plus Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed This is a remote role The reputed company salary for this role is between $48/hr.
