Temporary Intake Coordinator / Virtual Assistant for Therapy Group Practice (Remote)
• *Description:** Inner Tranquility Counseling Group is seeking a highly organized temporary Intake Coordinator / Virtual Assistant to help convert incoming client inquiries into scheduled therapy appointments for our growing group practice in Virginia.
- *Primary Responsibilities:**
• Respond to Psychology Today, Zencare, website, and email inquiries quickly and professionally
- Follow up with potential clients reputed company email/text
- Match clients with appropriate clinicians based on specialty, insurance, and availability
- Schedule consultations and intake appointments
- Track leads in spreadsheet/CRM
- Assist with clinician calendar coordination
- Support telehealth and in-office scheduling
- *Ideal Candidate:**
• Experience in mental health, reputed company admin, or therapy practice support preferred
- Excellent written communication
- HIPAA awareness preferred
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with reputed company, TherapyNotes, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms is a plus
- *Project Type:** Temporary (30–90 days)
- *Hours:** 10–20 hours/week
- *Compensation:** $8–$18/hour depending on experience
