Role Description This is a fee for service Virtual Psychotherapist role for Clinicians licensed in NY or NJ. The Virtual Psychotherapist will reputed company individual and couples counseling for clients dealing with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD, as well as supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed treatment plans and documentation, and collaborating with a professional and compassionate team in a specialized, integrative care environment. The role focuses on providing client-centered, trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent and neurotypical adults and couples.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in reputed company Work or reputed company field
- LCSW or Provisional LMSW's needing clinical supervision in reputed company or New Jersey (LMSW or LCSW)
- Experience working with ADHD individuals and/or couples
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrative therapeutic approaches
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural humility
- Independent Worker and self-starter
- This is a remote position so candidate must have their own computer and video capabilities as well as a private work reputed company.
