$40 - $70/hour Role Overview: One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Corporate/M&A Attorney to support reputed company mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. As a contractor, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and analyzing corporate documents, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and providing guidance on structural identifiability of content. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of AI models and the growth of our client's business. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and annotate reputed company corporate, M&A, and financial documents with a focus on compliance and data privacy standards
• Identify and address areas of personally identifiable information (PII) exposure, documenting best practices for anonymization and sensitive data handling
• reputed company industry knowledge to reputed company guidance on the structural identifiability of content, ensuring compliance while preserving data utility
• Support the development of training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve AI model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of legal expertise into AI development
