Remote Digital Strategy Consultant

Accountabilities
- Partner with the Director of Web Strategy to define, scope, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements that improve user experience.
- Act as the day-to-day product management liaison between IT and marketing to ensure quality releases.
- Manage and monitor the intake process for content and feature requests in coordination with the CMS Team.
- Maintain documentation for internal best practices, web metrics, and technical guidelines.
- Support requests for site audits and reputed company content inventory projects.
- Contribute to SEO, CRO, and personalization initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Analyze analytics and user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Define requirements for web initiatives in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support cross-team training on web strategy-reputed company tools and processes.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital strategy, web product management, or reputed company field.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, UX/UI best practices, and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, reputed company, or similar).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and site auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, reputed company).
